 Voxy 1 Comfy Roll Top Skirt

::: Voxy 1 :::
This skirt was especially created for Sandy, the winner in the May Skirting the Issue Contest on VOX. The lightweight roll top slouches and rolls easily allowing for a very comfy fit and it measures about 16" allowing this skirt additional possibilities of being worn as a dress or tunic.

 Keep the Faith Comfy Roll Top Wrap Skirt ::: Keep the Faith :::
This comfy roll top skirt [w/fanny wrap] was sewn to spec for Denise [http://rouma.vox.com] from California. It began as 2 vintage tees and was hand-painted as shown. Photos courtesy of A. Neighbor.

When Denise messaged me that her skirt had arrived I was very excited --- almost to the point of being pesty. Because this was my first curv-a-licious design I was a bit nervous about the fit and whether the design would work in practice as it did in the sketch. Denise assured me that it did, in fact, fit her as intended, and was flattering to her curves. I think that is the most wonderful compliment that any designer could hope for -- that the design is not only artfully beautiful but that it fits the body and compliments the figure.

Cultured Coral Comfy drawstring skirt

::: Cultured Coral :::
This comfy drawstring skirt was sewn to spec for Diana from Hackettstown, New Jersey. The a-line design is flattering to most figures and the flirty side vents allow for ease of movement.

When I spoke with Diana about the fit and wearability of her skirt, she told me that all of her friends were loving it and that she felt very comfortable in it. She also noted that the colors were perfect for this fall season and that she was very much looking forward to the cooler weather so she could pair her skirt with a sweater, tights, and boots.
